DUCAMAIL informs you that the registered data such as name, address and credit card number are protected by advanced encryption systems while they are sent, and kept confidential in secure servers of the payment companies.
The site of DUCAMAIL has adopted the legally required levels of security in data protection, having installed all means and technical measures within its power to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or improper subtraction of Personal Data collected.
Nevertheless, the user must be aware that the security measures related to the internet are not entirely foolproof. DUCAMAIL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to changes in legislation or case law, or those relating to commercial practices. Should this occur, we will announce such modifications on the site, through this page, where the changes introduced will be stated with reasonable notice prior to their implementation.

Cancellation and Refunds of Services
- In case a client has contracted one or more of our services and no longer wants to benefit from them, they may request the cancellation of the service, however the right to reimbursement (partial or total) will depends on the moment in which the cancellation is requested.
- The DUCAMAIL does not provide any type of reimbursement for services rendered, even in the case that the client did not use it, that is, DUCAMAIL reserves the right to NOT provide any kind of refund related to the services provided to customers associated with time periods in which they were available to the client, for example, if the customer paid an annual fee (12 months) and in the second month he/she requested the cancellation of the service along with a refund request, we will evaluate the possibility of refunding only the 10 unused months, those 2 months already granted to customer will NOT be subject to discussion for any type of refund.
- Payments done with Credit Card: The amount refundable will be chargeback to customer’s credit card operator. ATTENTION: In most cases the chargeback is only computed in the invoice following that paid, that is, the chargeback may occur more than 30 (thirty) days by internal procedures of the credit card companies and/or banks, and NOT BY WILL OF DUCAMAIL. We ask the courtesy of consulting the refund conditions practiced by your credit cards operators and/or banks before requesting information about the “reason” why the refund does not appear on your current invoice.
- Payments done with Bill Pay, Deposit or BTC: The amount refundable will be refunded in your bank account through deposit. Note that it is necessary that the account holder name is the same as that one that made the request on our site, if the data are not the same DUCAMAIL reserves the right to NOT proceed with the refund until the correct and compatible data of the holder are provided.
